Chess Rush Riders Combo Just Got a Hard Nerf


As we know, the Riders Combo have been really overpowered for a while, it makes most players uses them in every game. And it makes a lot of players ignores other combos. Good thing the devs notice this and quickly make adjustments in order to make more balanced game.

This is should be a good news for everyone, we need to see more variety combo on the board. Not just Riders, many other Synergy get balanced.


This is the complete adjustment as Chess Rush Official Page announce it on Facebook:

"Grandmasters, we've rebalanced some combos and heroes based on player feedback and data we've collected. The changes are as follows:

1. COMBOS

Sorcerer Combo
- 3 Sorcerers: enemy magic resistance -30 -> -20


Warrior Combo
- 3 Warriors: ally warriors' armor +40 -> +50

Rider Combos
- 2 Riders: 25% chance to get 150 armor and 60% magic resistance for ally riders -> 30% chance to get 150 armor and 60% magic resistance for ally riders
- 4 Riders: 45% chance to get 185 armor and 65% magic resistance for ally riders -> 45% chance to get 160 armor and 60% magic resistance for ally riders
- 6 Riders: 65% chance to get 230 armor and 70% magic resistance for ally riders -> 60% chance to get 185 armor and 60% magic resistance for ally riders

Goblin Combo
- 2 Goblins: attack speed +35 for ally goblins -> attack speed +15 for all allies; attack speed +15 additionally for ally goblins

Human Combo
- 2 Humans: Restores 5 MP -> 3 MP every second for all allies

2. HEROES

- Berserker - Quick Assault now reduces current stacks by half when switching target.

- General Puffer - Water Bolt
Old: Fires a jet of water that reduces a random enemy's armor by 75/150/225 for 20s.
New: Fires jets of water that deal 150/225/300 magic damage to two random enemies and reduce their armor by 75/150/225 for 20s.

- Kraken's - Deepsea Coil

Old: Continuously shoots ink for 4/5/6s. Enemies still affected by the ink after 2s have a 60%/70%/80% chance of being stunned for 5/6/7s. Stunned enemies receive an additional 30% physical damage.

New: Continuously shoots ink for 4s. Enemies still affected by the ink after 2s have an 80%/90%/100% chance of being stunned and receive 400/550/700 damage for 3s. Stunned enemies receive an additional 30% physical damage.

- Kraken's Attributes
Min attack damage: 150/300/600 -> 200/400/800
Max attack damage: 180/360/720 -> 240/480/960
- Forest's Breath - Full Swing's charging time is now 0.5s.

- Siren's attributes
Max HP: 1650/3300/6600 -> 2000/4000/8000
Min attack damage: 185/370/740 -> 200/400/800
Max attack damage: 220/440/880 -> 250/500/1000

Additionally, we have also adjusted the ranked games' winning streak bonus scores.
